I found your website by accident through email sent to me. Usually I just delete but something struck me and I went to see what the website had to say. I was skeptical to say the least...although I have read books on similar information. I went to the website of the Dr. in Europe your methods are based on to read more about it. (I like to do my homework on new ideas) I did not act right away.

Just over two years ago I found myself 30 lbs overweight and not feeling too good about myself.  I work in an office and don't get much physical activity during the day.  I knew I needed to start an exercise program but the task just seemed too big.
