See it - Be it

Hello my friend:

Every since I was in elementary school, I have been an
excellent speller.

Now I don't mean National Spelling Bee good.  I just mean
that I know how to spell practically any word used in
everyday life.

So to me, it is shocking that our educational system is
still churning out people who don't know the difference
between "two," "to" and "too" and "there," "their" and
they're.

That said, I admit that for years, there were a handful of
common words that I never took the time to get in my memory.

The word "rhythm" is one.

So it could be rythmn, rhythmn, rhythymn, or rhythym.

It was only when I was about 37 that I finally looked at
that word and said, "For crying out loud... Enough.  I'm
going to remember how to spell it."

So broke it into two pieces and, in about 10 seconds, I
remembered it forever.  rhy - thm.  See it.  Turn away.
Look at it again.  Turn away.  Look again.  Turn away.
Remember how it looks.  See the picture in my mind.  rhy,
rhy, rhy, rhy, rhy.  And "them" with no "e" in the middle.
"them" with no "e."  Cool.  Done.  Spelled it right forever
after that.  Simple.

It's the same with anything you need to remember. 

Repetition of word pictures.  Repetition of positive
thought. Mental pictures. Mental movies.  Affirmations.
Done.  Simple.

If you want to be happy, for example, you must be able to
put the pictures and memories of your happiest times in
your mind... in your consciousness.  You must be
conditioned to be able to "mentally" shrink the less than
happy times, the tragedies, the pain.

In order to enjoy "work" or difficult effort, it is
critical that you develop the natural habit of paying
attention to what the work or effort is accomplishing.  Or
you must be able to "go somewhere else" in your mind when a
difficulty is happening.  Or you must "look forward" to a
time when the effort will be over.  This is what many
people in prisons do...  This is what professional athletes
do who put in workouts so grueling that they puke after
every single one of them.

This and many other abilities is what Think Right Now
mental training gives you.

Most people couldn't imagine feeling differently than they
do about the things they don't like.  Or about the things
they believe are true... but aren't.

Self-image is one of those things...

Once your self-image is set, it dictates all your
emotions, thoughts, decisions and actions.

People define themselves in certain ways for a number of
reasons... the way they look, their grades, the way other
people treat them, family history and reputation, where
they live, their clothing...

And after a certain period of time goes by, that's it.

"This is who I am."

And there's no changing it.

At least not without mental training... which very few
people get.

That reminds me... I get some of the most bizarre
questions on a weekly basis.

For example, someone will go to the web page that
describes our program, Dissolving Panic & Anxiety Now at

read all the case histories, too.

Then they'll email us, tell their story about their fears
and their anxiety or their panic attacks.  And they'll ask,
"What should I do?"

And the answer is in front of them.  They spent an hour
reading everything about this program that has helped
thousands of people to eliminate the most crippling panic
attacks, and then they still ask, "What should I do?"

You see, most people simply can't imagine that they can be
different, that they can feel differently about the things
they're afraid of now.

And that is what I was obviously put on this Earth to do...

To help people around the globe make tomorrow can be
different than yesterday and today.

You can make different and better decisions than you made
today or for your whole life. 

You can stop being afraid of things that make you cry with
terror.

The fears, the doubts, the laziness, the disorganized
mind, the bad habits and more can literally vanish.  Poof.
Gone.

And it can be almost as easy as learning how to spell the
word "rhythm."

Rhy - thm.

Done.
