The 3 Best Ways to Use TRN Programs

Hello my friend:

No matter how many clients I speak with or how many un-
freaking-believable stories of people making radical, mind
blowing changes, it never ceases to amaze me how people's
lives are forever changed thanks to TRN programs.  You
can't possibly imagine how it makes me feel to know that
our thought and behavior modification programs are helping
so many people out there finally reach the goals and attain
levels of success and happiness they never could before.

And what's really remarkable is that so many people only
use them a couple ways... and not even the most effective
ways.  Most only use them while listening passively (like
while driving or watching TV) or while snoring the night
away...

And even though these aren't necessarily the best ways to
use the program, you can still get remarkable results.

But I wanted to tell you about some faster and even more
effective ways to change your habitual thoughts, attitudes
and your destiny with Think Right Now! programs. 

Best of all, they can begin to work for you in just a few
minutes.
 
1. Active Listening

The best way to get more out of your TRN experience is to
actively listen at least once a day, while relaxed.  First
thing in the morning or right before you go to bed is
ideal.  (And of course, they should play all night, too.)

Keep distractions to a minimum.  Turn off the TV and unplug
the phone.  Then, use the four minute deep breathing/
relaxation session to help you clear your head and let go
of the aggravations of the day.

Then, sit back and simply listen, paying attention to the
words.  It's good to affirm what you hear, agreeing with
the statements, even though, in most cases, they are the
furthest thing from what you normally think, believe or
what you do currently. 

2. Reading and Writing the Statements

Choose  10-15 of your favorite statements and write them
down on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper.  As you read them out
loud, imagine that the statement really describes how you
are at this moment.

This just takes a couple of minutes a day - but it goes a
long way toward installing the new self-affirming
statements even deeper into your critical and subconscious
mind so you can feel better faster and change even lifelong
habits as if by magic.

3.  Listening During Quiet Activities

You can also have your program playing very softly in the
background while you go about your everyday activities.
Many of our clients play their programs as they work -
either through their computer speakers, separate CD players
or through earbuds.

If you're afraid about disrupting anyone by listening
through your speakers, don't worry.

All you have to do is set the volume low enough so it can
be heard as a whisper, but not loud enough to interrupt
your conversations.  As long as it's whisper loud, your ears
still hear it subconsciously and your mind is still
affected.
