Mike here again. This is Day 5 of your 6-Day Think Right Now Accelerated Success Conditioning class. Today we're going to dive into the true essence of what makes Think Right Now! programs light years ahead of ANY other self-help products in existence. This really jazzes me so be prepared! 'Scraping the Rust' In Day 2 of our class we talked about the incredible power of thoughts and belief. Stories like Marilyn King's mental training and winning Olympic silver, Roger Bannister's visualization of running the mile in under 4 minutes and then actually doing it, and Marva Collins' undying belief in her students and the dramatic improvements they achieved are just a few of the countless examples of what can be achieved with the power of belief... which comes from the mind The problem is, many times our minds are not running confident, determined, goal-achieving thought patterns like Marilyn King, Roger Bannister or Marva Collins. Instead, we're controlled by disempowering, fear-based, motivation- less patterns that keep us in our same 'ruts' and habits, and prevent us from making the changes we want to make time and time again. We all have conditioned mental patterns that have been formed through our entire lives some even from childhood. They dictate our every emotion, action and reaction, and control how we frame every experience we have. For example: Someone may be health-conscious to the extent that they exercise 5 days per week, yet be a smoker. The pattern is present for desiring good health, but it's weakened and overrun by the smoker's mindset. The function of clearing is to sweep away or re-wire those undesired patterns to be supportive of, and consistent with, the changes we want to make and the goals we want to achieve. When we do the research for any of our titles, we typically uncover between 500-700 experiences, conscious and unconscious thoughts, traumas, challenges, emotions and situations that cause or contribute to the particular problem being researched. These 500-700 'factors' are represented by one or more of what I've noted to be 11 core mental patterns of failure. Whenever you have been unable to: · Stop feeling certain emotions · Do what you know you should do · Say no to things that you know are no good for you, like cigarettes, dessert or a bad relationship · Motivate yourself to move ahead in your career, finances or relationships ...I guarantee that you are running some or all of these 11 failure patterns. You may not be running them in all areas of your life, but they are most certainly running in those 'frustrating' areas where you want to change. Where you can't seem to control yourself. Where you know what you should do and say, but don't do it. Where you can't break that bad habit. If those failure patterns don't get rewired, they will always be there controlling your every emotion and action. Unless you get deep down, clear out those old ways of thinking, and condition in the necessary new patterns to cause change, then your current, undesired, strongest and deepest mental patterns will always be the ones that rise up and automatically take over. Remember, unless you change the way you think and feel: · You'll light another cigarette · You'll have another panic attack · You'll continue to hate cold-calling and prospecting · You won't achieve the meaningful goal · You'll continue to loathe exercising · You'll reach for snacks and desserts · You'll continue to feel depressed and hopeless · You'll continue in whatever your particular problem is That's where Think Right Now! programs are different from all other self-help products on the planet!! This is a very common failure pattern, and is present is many more people than you may think. Even wildly successful people from all walks of life report feelings that they're just not 'that good' or don't quite 'measure up.' If you don't believe deep down that you deserve to have a specific goal or characteristic, or can't see yourself having it or being that person, you won't really go for it and do the things it would take to get it. Whether it's driven by a fear of humiliation, by past failures, by lack of knowledge or fear of rejection, having little or no faith when trying to reach a goal can cause procrastination, and/or half-hearted efforts, if you ever do start working toward your goal.
